I’ve been using Advantage for the last year or so and it has always worked wonderfully, but it hasn’t been working all that well lately and it seems the fleas returned just after a few days. I am thinking that maybe I should switch treatments, but I’ve heard that Frontline doesn’t work as well as Advantage and I’d hate to spend money on something that doesn’t work. What other alternatives are out there that actually work?

I want the Advantage brand. I just found out my cat has fleas by using a very simple online method and yeah, this sucks. its totally fu*king gross, im about to vomit.
see now i have to get my dad to buy my cat some advantage because im only 15, i cant just buy this on my own. i dont know how to approach him because JUST TODAY we took our cat to the vet and spent about 317 dollars for some cat medicine (my cat was sick and hurt his paw)
so yeah, please tell me
1) how much does this medicine cost
^ you know, anyone who might have bought it.
2) So how can i approach him, he already spent alot of money on this "claravax" cat medicine and … i’m not sure how to tell him im chiecking my cat for fleas when my cat is wounded and is basically on bed-rest on MY bed….
3) there isnt a possibility that i can get any kind of nastyness on me, right? like a teenage girl getting some sort of ‘fleas’ on her…??
ahh, im scared.
THANK YOU :]
please help ::(
The vet said my cat is about 14.5 pounds.
thats what the vet wrote on the paper.

I’ve tried doing some online research, but can’t really find anything. I have a 4.5 month old mini lop with fleas. I have heard from online sources and vets that Advantage for cats is safe for rabbits, but my dad is the one with the money and he bought Vectra for Cats. This won’t hurt my bunny, will it??

What is the best, Frontline, Advantage or K9 Advantage.
I have 1 dog (chihuahua) and 2 cats.
Could i just get some flea medicine for dogs and still use them on my cats?
And to save a little bit more money, could i get flea meds for dogs 21-55lbs and divide it up for my 3 pets?

Please help – btw – I have two acres of land and a small home – 5 outside dogs and 4 inside cats – ticks are only outside….and yes my dogs have tick meds on them – they are not on the dogs – just in the yard and on ME
