I have a 25 lb Bugg Dog. Can I use feline advantage for cats over 9 lbs on my dog?

I put Advantage on my cats a few days ago, and they still have some fleas. How long does it take for Advantage to fully wipe out the fleas?

I see, Thanks a lot. My youngest cat has only a few fleas whereas my larger cat has a bunch still.
My husband just told me that he used Frontline Plus, not Advantage. Should have the same effect?

I have a yellow lab who has fleas. I treated her with Advantage 100. Can I use the same stuff on my cats if I use a lot less? Is it the same ingredients?

From what I can determine, the ingredients are the same for dogs in 11-20 lb. range as cats over 9 lbs. Have leftover dog Advantage and it’s expensive, so seems a shame to waste.

i have one kitten and a cat… my kitten is about 3 and half months old and my cat is about 2 and half years old.. and my cat is not fat but is larger than most cats so most likely he is over 9 lbs… they both have fleas but i cant afford to buy both advantage products. so i was wondering if i buy the under 9lbs advantage flea control, could i use it on both of them?
