I recently discovered that my dog has ticks, and I don’t understand why because we keep our yard very clean, our grass mowed, and bushes trimmed. We live in the suburbs outside of Dallas. How did my dog get ticks? By now they’re around the house (my daughter found one on her leg the other day and didn’t know it was one until my discovery). How can I get rid of them? I also have another dog, and two cats. Help!

Just wondering how frontline works. Do ticks attach themselves and then get poisoned and then fall off wherever? does that mean they can fall off dead in my house? how long does that take? Or do they not bite when a cat has frontline?

I bought revolution because it was supposed to protect against heartworms, but I didn’t realize it DOES NOT protect against ticks.. So my question to you is.. I JUST put revolution on my cats.. WHEN can I put frontline on them?Will they interact badly together?
